KatArts's Shop Policies


Thanks for choosing KatArts and supporting Australian handmade! I hope you will love your personalised hand stamped piece as much as I have loved creating it just for you.

Please ensure you have read all of the store's Terms and Conditions prior to purchasing.


PayPal is accepted for payment.
Payment is required in full before I will begin stamping your piece. For special orders and some metals a deposit may also be required before I order the items in. If paying via bank deposit, please email a screen shot of your receipt/confirmation to katarts.info@gmail.com within 24 hours, and ensure it clears within 3 business days, or you risk your order being cancelled.

Please be advised that the turnaround time is generally 2-3 weeks from the date of payment clearing (excluding postage time), but may be more during peak seasons such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas, or for special order items. Please confirm the estimated turnaround time with me prior to purchase if this is a concern.


Pickup is from Pascoe Vale or South Morang by appointment only.

Although I will do my best to offer you the cheapest postage and handling options possible, if you choose unregistered methods please be aware that you do so at your own risk as I am not responsible for your items once they leave my hands. I strongly recommend registered post for all purchases.

Please be advised that selecting express post does not guarantee you a place at the top of my stamping list. If you need something urgently you need to message me to discuss the current wait list and turnaround times, especially during peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will not provide refunds or replacements if you change your mind or supply me incorrect or inadequate details. Please triple check your order before submitting it to me, and ensure that all necessary information is included. This includes, but is not limited to, desired text content, layout, font preference/s (if available), design stamps, metal options, accessories and anything else I may need to know.

If there is an issue, I will work with you to remedy this, but it will be at your cost if you have provided me incorrect details. If for any reason you do need to send your item back to me, please return it with all original packaging and accessories supplied at the time of purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Due to the handmade nature of your KatArts piece, it's worth being aware that the artist is a human being (not a computer that mass engraves as some companies use) and every single imprinted letter or symbol is created individually, so uniformity of alignment, depth and spacing is not guaranteed. But that's part of the charm of a one of a kind handmade handstamped piece of jewellery created just for you!

Please follow the care instructions provided with your item to prolong the life of your personalised piece. Items are hand made and designed to be treated reasonably gently, and are not to be played with by children as they contain small parts.
If your item does need to be repaired or replaced due to improper care, please email me to discuss.
